I teach at a Career College where stress is a everyday occurance. Most of the stress is caused by the students fights, indifference to the course that students show and things that can not be changed. After taking this course I stopped and took a good look at how I cope with this stress. I had not smoked in 19 years, but found myself smoking again to my husbands dismay since he got me to quit. Sometimes the situations at work could be so stressful that I did not want to see family, friends or engage in the activities I truely did enjoy.
I have know stopped smoking again which has helped my body feel better if not my mind. I am taking better control of my own environment, avoid people that stress me out, compromise and manage my time better.
