ED110

In this class I learned about eliminating stress. I understand that life has alot of stressful situations, but I sometime put stress on myself through putting off things until the last moments, or somethings are not as stressful as it seems.  I often use the TO DO LIST around the house on my spare time if I have a large list of tasks, but I need to use it more and not put things off.  That is so Easy for some people but I seem to fall into procrastination often and knowing it is a problem for me do not necessarily help the situation.  I said all of that to say this class ED110 brought my issues to the top of my list.  Thanks for this class. 

 

Yes procastination has been my issue also and in the end it adds stress to my daily work in chasing the time limits. So time management and stress are very much related. Managing time better is one of the way to reduce daily work stress
