This short tutorial made me think again of how important is the way you communicate things, especially if it's related to a certain organization where individuals must act as a united force in pursuing company's goals. This lesseons taught me the important differences between oral and written comunication, based on specific situations and most importantly, ho w to choose which is the best for a certain purpose.
