I agree with these comments. I will be teaching my first course shortly and feel much more prepared to engage all learners.

Anyone teaching "Gen Y" students should take this course. I've already applied what I learned and understand my students better than I did before. The lines between the generational groups blur heavily although this course does take this into account to some degree. 

So true and now it all makes sense.  Its a whole new concept when i was their age and now it makes me feel like an old fart.  Tools such as we learned from this course will make my teaching career more enjoyable to become more engaged with my students.
