Create a healthy working environment

creating a collaborative healthy working envirronment requires the sharing of the vision and the mission of the organization. Promoting them is vital to achieve desired results. By using different ways of communication like informal meetings, emails, hallway conversations, one on one, workshops, we as leaders will foster and disseminate the steps to accomplish the company's goals. Establishing a culture of shared behaviors based on respect and team work can benefit the climate of the organization and will encourage others to join and be part of the changes that will affect the fulfillment of tasks that will lead to attain goals.

Changing the Culture

i have been leading the Education Team at a College for two years. The existing culture did not favor changes and new implementation of new policiies. Resisters have been blocking or alluding changes which has made these implementations harder to achieve. i have used different ways of communicating the new policies and have gotten them involved in the positive outcomes so they can buy into the changes and affect them positively.
