CM102 was a great course where I learned a lot of very valuable information that I will take with me throughout my career. Both the student and the higher education institution have somes rules and regulations to comply with. Nevertheless, the outcome should be a win-win situation, a well-run institution and program and a well educated and balanced individual.

I have coursed the CM221 and the experience was outstanding. I believe that we have to improve student retention by identifying struggling students within the first days and creating an individualized intervention plan to meet that students individual learning needs.
