I really enjoyed the course and love that I can go back and review when needed.

I've been at this a while, but I always enjoy the chance to go back and revisit the material, check to see what--if anything--is new, and just get a refresher.    This is extremely critical information, and I'm pleased at the structure and content of this course.   It covers everything very thoroughly, without digging too deep beyond what is necessary.  It does provide the context and foundations, with the reasonings for the regulations, and this is very helpful.   I'm occasionally asked about these things by prospective and current students, and they find it extremely helpful when I can answer their questions.… >>>

This course really tested me. As a Compliance Officer I should know all the rules and regulations that the school must follow. I now know that there are things I did not know but am going to make it my duty to make sure everything is followed. I enjoyed this course very much. I enjoyed learning new things, even things I did not know were something I needed to know. Excellent!

I did find the course informative. Especially about the Do Not Calll lists. A lot of information was provided. I did find the final quiz a little confusing. Some of the questions left me puzzled. I was not sure what they were asking for.

Great, we need to be on top of our game in order to give the best possible service to our students and prospective students.

This course was helpful to the Admissions process at our school. I'm glad I took the course, although a lot of the material reflected the Admissions trainings that our institution requires anyway. I'm glad to know that our trainings are so comprehensive though, so I could breeze through the course and be on my way to certifcation that much more quickly!

The course itself was very easy to understand and very well detailed to help highlight the most important needed to know facts! All of the print offs and suggestions were extremely helpful and resource notebook is now readily available! The course faciliatator was extremely encouraging and seemed very understanding!

With being a new instructor with so much paperwork to complete and protocol to learn, it was nice to have this course online and on my time.  It is also nice that everyone is required to take this course so that we are all on the same page with this information.  This is a serious topic in todays world and if we don't follow these guidelines could mean our jobs.
