The course was helpful to me also. I am originally from NJ and worked in admissions there for thirteen years. I am now working in FL and was so glad that I went through this course to learn if there are any differences in FL.

This course was very helpful, especially as a new program director and new employee to Concorde.

I agree as well due to being the front desk person. I have never had to watch what I can and cannot say over the phone or meeting someone for the first time at the front desk.  The course helps you to stop and think before speaking.
