I learned a lot throughout this training and gained a ton of knowledge, expecially since I am new to the industry. I appreciated the feedback after each quiz and the questions and scenarios in between some subjects. I surprised myself and made a 92% on the final! Once I read a question I automatically selected the answer which tells me that I really retained the information that I read. The only disadvantage I had was being new to the industry. The only challenge I had was being able to focus in the environment I was given to take my compliance, which was busy and loud every now and then and broke my concentration. BUT I GOT THROUGH IT AND I AM GLAD ABOUT IT!!!!
