this article was very informative and educational.  I am going to incorporate some of the material into my career development curriculum.  The students may be able to  benefit from the knowledge I gained. In addition, it was interesting to have emotional intelligence explaned in detail and with examples.

Although I am not a new instructor I do agree that an instructor should know student learning styles so he can incorporate these into his teaching experience, so the students will come out ahead, by the instructor creatively using their time devising new ways to get through to the students.

I hope to use the knowledge gained to get to know my student and their learning styles. I hope to be a firm yet informative instructor. I hope to relate to my students not only on a proferssional but personal level as well. I feel this would help me instruct the students to the best of my ability.
