Practical Compliance Information

Compliance courses such as Maxknowledge offers are a great start to understanding the importance of compliance for all personnel in our industry.  I recommend that admissions personnel receive training and information on the specific compliance/regulatory entities that govern your institution.  There are specific regulations and accrediting standards/criteria from your accrediting body and state licensing agency that can be printed, distributed, discussed etc., with admissions and other personnel.

Compliance is critical but you make an excellent point.  How the knowledge is utilized and put into practice is what ultimately matters.    In admissions, it is not enough to be "in compliance".  We must be in compliance and avoid any misleading or exaggerated impressions of our education. 

I agree, this course has done a great job focusing on the importance of compliance and how it relates to our daily activities as Admissions Agents.  I am glad I took this course and plan on utilizing what I have learned to make improvements to my communications with potential students!
