I felt that the CM102 online course was very informative. It contained a lot of information that I did not know as well as some things that I needed to be reminded of. I would recommend this course for all new employees.

Great class! I found a lot of information. It is always good to have a refreshing class like this one. The class helps us to sit down and take a moment to learn and review things that probably we forgot o never learned because our busy schedule.
Yeah, great course! I only wish the highlights were in a bullet format so we can print them out and review them every once in a while. It was a lot of information and I'd hate to forget some of it later.

I agree, I am actually new to this position, and it's amazing how much is actually common sense as far as rules, but then there is also a lot that I didn't know. So, this was a must for me. I am glad I took it and passed!
