This course has furthered my understanding and aided me in training for my new career. The reference guide I have created with greatly help me on a regular basis, especially in the beginning. I learned a lot regarding rules and regulations of what we can and cannot do. Things are a lot clearer as a receptionist as to what we can and cant tell people over the phone. It was a great learning tool although long but very informative. I think its good to learn more about the laws and the company you work for.
