I would have to agree that complaince is an ever changing world. So many new and revised regulations and rules. It always is very useful to be able to take a course and come out with a better understanding to what you may or may not have already known.

Did you complete all the refresher courses or only a select few and which did you find the most important or at least what you would (at the moment) consider your top three (3)?

I have enjoyed the learning tool that we have in place. I just have to sit down and take the time to do the test. it does provide all of us with alot of important areas to know.
