I have considered myself to be very well prpared for online teaching, but am excited to learn new and interesting things. I was really pleased with the assessment - I did very well, but was able to determine where to best focus my efforts to really improve my teaching. This is a really great program for improvement!
I agree. The course has helped me give names to areas that before were murky and now I will pay special attention to student types of participation and projecting my presense even more.
