Which type of test is the best to use?
I am still unsure of the best test to use as an assessment tool for my students. We learned the + & - of all of them. All seemed to have downfalls. What are some of you using. Perjhaps, a healthy comination of all of them???
I like to give exams that include essay, matching ,fill in the blanks, Multiple choice, true & false when false put correct answer.
Remember that all students do not take tests equally and the same student might get 95 on one type and 88 on another even if same material was asked.
Definately a healthy combination of them all. All students learn differently...give them all a chance to find out which way they perfer...it will be a big help to them in the future!!
