The training that I went through today was influential and meaningful. I recently was hired on as an Admissions Representative, and I feel that this training has already prepared me for this position. It gave me a grasp on the questions and the preparation of information that I need to be educated on when dealing with a new prospective student. The Resource Notebook is a vital resource for agents and admissions representatives. Having the Resource Notebook on hand with all the knowledge and sources about your institution is a great tool. I know this resource will help me through this process. This training has also brought to my attention all the different rules and regulations the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools has on colleges. I honestly never new all the stipulations that went into the admissions side and all the other departments. This training has been a great learning experience for me. I know that I will take the knowledge that I learned from this training and put it into use with my admissions position.
