This training was very different from what I am use to , my previous job was more little test here and there with small group trainings that didnt allow you to tak it all in . I feel this was very detailed and really helped with a better understanding of the rules , laws and whats expected from agents . I feel more confident in what I am doing as a agent and what I can do to better service the prospective student
I was a little more comfortable in this trainin seesion because I was familiar with most of the topics.

The training was a bit different for me also. I am used to being trained by a human.
