I am so glad that I took the course on retention. I have decided to continue the reinforcement strategies that were pointed out in this course that I am already doing. It was nice to see that I have an understanding of my place in the classroom when it comes to keeping my students involved in the learning process. Retention and helping a student reach their goals to why they entered school in the first place is such a strong and hard task. I will continue to apply all of the things I have learned in my future classes and I am so glad I printed the information for review material. Great class
