
I believe vigorous excercise and daily to do lists are my best coping mechanisms. Last thing I do before sleep is write a list of things to accomplish the following day. I use a small 3" x 5" spiral pad stored at my nightstand and in the morning I take thelist off the pad and use it to plan my day. I am gradually being trained to use my cellphone instead of my pad by my son; however I still love my lists! And I am a believer in resistance training to keep healthy muscle tone and natural growth hormone levels at healthy levels. Every one of my lists have a spot for excercise for 20 minutes and I always have time for it.
