Great experience

I just want to share my impression regarding this training. As an Admissions Director at my university I have very clear that customer service is the key and most important aspect of my department. I'm pretty sure this course will help me a lot on my career, and to do my job in the right way and the best of all, inspire my team. I had learned a lot and I will keep all the material beside my desk. Thanks for the opportunity!

 

Just realized that we need to evaluate some process and improve some of them.
