This course was very useful in understanding how to deal with various types of student behavior. Fortuantely, I have not had to deal with an angry student, but I will apply these principles should the situation occur.

Although colleges and universities usually have established procedures for students' complaints and student discipline, it was beneficial to study some strategies for the classroom.  Angry students are not uncommon.
