I enjoyed the course even though I have done very similar activities, it is always good to have new ideas and try them out in the classroom.  Changing the atmosphere in the classroom definitely helps in participation and retention.

One thing that I have learned is that you can not rush into these subjects and then leave them alone, you have to stay with them just as we expect our students to follow instructions we have got to do the same.
