This class has provided me with strategies to overcome the potential mistakes that new teachers make regardless of their environment.  This class reiterated it is important to model the behavior you want from your students in order to prepare them for the work place such as being on time for class and be prepared. It highlights the purpose of a syllabus and how it will be used and the importance of instituting a late policy and lastly, how to handle a verbal exchange with a student. Overall, this class had many great ideas on how to make the most of your mistakes.
