I also learned alot especially on Compliance and Financial Statements.

I work for a bilingual university , the most of my students are for different part of latinamerica and is a big responsability for me as a financial aid officer explains the loans and  the policies of the department of education.

You must be up to par with the daily challenges of Finanacial Aid in our institution we have a diversity of students and we have to understand each one's situations in this ecomony society which we all live in.

The challenge to a successful Financial Aid department is following the policies setforth.  We may want to bend the truth in order to facilitate a student but in the long run its a damage that can be damaging to both the student as well as the Institution.
