CM 305 Recruitment

My personal opinion is to treat each recruit like it's your own child or family member.  You want to be 100% truth, if you don't know the answer find it out and get back to them in a timely manner or walk them down to the department that will be able to help them.  This type of attitude is going to help with retention at the college, just imagine if every employee at the school acted in this way! How do you think this would make the student feel?

I completly agree.  It is so important to treat each and every person with the same respect.  Looking at each person and thinking about how you would want your family to be treated it an excellent idea.

I totally agree.  Always provide accurate and information that is 100% correct.  I always treat my new recruits like I would one of my own children or friend.  These students put all their trust in us to guide them on a new path in their life.  We should always be 100% honest and truthful.

Great training some of these things i had no idea.  I am new to the education environment. I feel it is important to keep updated with all changes in the field.  I want to give my students the best information with out sugar coating anything.  If you always do the right thing you never have to worry.

I must agree with you. It would really benefit the student, if we as educators were to put ourselves in their shoes. When you are in a store (retail, grocery) you do not want to wait in line for 20 + minutes for a price check. The students deserve the same courtsey when waiting for an answer.
