I have learned so much about the industry and the policies to follow. I never nknew so much was needed to perform my duties directly and indirectly. I definitely have a better understanding of the regulations and how to implement them. I learned how to better service the student and make sure we provide them with accurate information. Ensure not just my credibity but the institution's credibility

I enjoyed the training. It makes you realize how prepared you need to be in order to give the correct information at the time of meeting with the potential student.

The information I learned will be very useful as a future DOE.  I have always had questions about the job of admissions and financial aid representative and how it relates to academics. Our departments are interdependently woven into the success of both the school and the success of the students.
