It is crucial to understand the rules and regulations. I am a school director and even I am have to stay up-yo-date so that our admissions personnel are well trained on the correct procedures and statements.
I have acquired a lot from doing the courses!!! Beginning with even the words you can use and not use to all the regulations and procedures that it takes to be an Admission/Enrollment representative. I really enjoyed the courses and looking forward to see and learn more!!!
