Leading with Influence
I have found that one must to be a good listiner to lead a team to be a successes and meet the challehes that will come to pass.
Leading with influence is a practice I live with not only in my career but also for my children. I truly feel keeping "pace" with my team, instead of being 30 miles above my team creates an environment for sucess, work or home. Leading by example, keeps my team running the race with me to achieve greatness.
Also leading by doing your part it will show employees that you ar ea good leader.
