I have extensive sales experience, but have never been in an educational environment before.  I never realized how many regulations there are surrounding the position that I am now in.  They completely make sense.  Especially now that a senior rep, who has been in the industry for 30 years, told me about the shady recruiting practices that took place years ago.  The course was very informative.  I enjoyed how there was not fluff around the content.  I feel that it just got down to business, which is important to me because I have a TON of things to learn about this job.
