Retention and what it takes

This course reiterated what I have been saying for years.  Customer service is everyones responsibility.  Students will blossom when they have a support system that is there to help, inspire, direct and pat them on the back when they do well.  But at the same time they thrive when they are challenged and held accountable for there actions or lack there of.
