The information that was provided was sometimes vauge, considering the final quiz had questions that made you think just a bit too hard. What I gained from this course was a better understanding of how this company is functioning as a unit and how everyone plays an extremely important part to keeping the business running. 

I have read the mission statement several times and after encountering the admin staff, appt. setters, and students I have a much better understanding as to why that statement is in place.

I agree! As a person with ADD and undiagnosed during my education years, it would have helped to be diagnosed much earlier. I was a success though  :)
