Career focused training

I've seen the importance behind a Career focused education. In letting students know
about the career they are training for from the beginning and throughout, there
is truly a better chance for retention, completion and job placement.

I agree.  Working together with instructors to provide that continual encouragement and maintain the enthusiasm for the end-product (a career) can really make a successful program.  It is easy for the student (and the instructors) to get caught up in the school routine and fall into doing things by rote without much excitement or expected benefit.  That is when retention can suffer.  They need to be reminded of why the started school in the first place, and be shown what a successful student looks like in their program.
