I too am going through the onboarding process. I think the process is very good.

I feel the same way. The course was helpful but I too feel forced 

 

I am not fond of this onboarding process so far it feels very forced to me. I guess I will give it some time to see if it is any help. It seems like one more job to do in a very busy life with 2 jobs and a child to care for.

I hadn't thought of that before. This was a tremendous help

The way that the courses are set up is intersting as well.
