I think that this course provided a great outline of the different departments and their functions. I think that it is important to have at least a general understanding of the different departments and positions within the company. I think that it also provided valuable information on guidelines and requirements so that we have a basic knowledge and understand and also know where to go and what to do if we don't.

I agree!  This is a good way to learn all the definitions and lingo

I agreed with you this is a great opportunity to newcomers, and to find new ideas. But most of all to maintain uptodate with all the information agnets must know and new regulations.
