I believe a good admission representative should have several key components to be consider “Good” The must know the function of the position. I believe many admission rep may not totally understand the concept of his or title.  Their role is to recruit students to attend their institution, and this can be done person to person contact, telephone or over the internet. The representative may also attend events such as career fairs at local high schools to meet students who are considering higher educational institution. An admission rep must be familiar with the admission processes; such as find out if the students have a high school diploma or GED. They should be able to answer some financial aid questions.
