Taking a self assessment on myself while working through each course has given me an idea to go back and evaluate myself. I have been teaching for about 12 years now and at times i forget about how i felt when I was a student learning. These classes gave me the opportunity to think back into the bag of ideas that I once used to utilize in my now classes. There needs to be self awareness throughout our class time, during my delivery, the information that I cover and making sure I pay close attention to verbal as well as the non-verbal clues from my students.
