I have definitely learned to become more self-aware when faced with stressful/anxious situations.  Think about how I am affected.  What could I do differently.  Be grateful.  Self-talk.  Move on!

I learned various skills to give good presentation that is important to be succeed person.

After, I reviewed the course section on "Barriers to Addressing Conflict & Recommended Responses" I felt empowered to set aside barriers such as "fear" that have prevented me from focusing on the positive outcomes of addressing a dispute.

The art of persuasion was very informative with lots of examples how to understand the concepts and be able to adapt them to my own proposals needing persuasion of team members and outsiders to believe my point of view and solutions

I've learned that people need to talk things out for themselves to solve issues. I've also learned that when I have self-doubt about my abilities, I can list my qualities to boost my self-esteem.

This is key. So many students (and some instructors) are afraid to look "dumb" because they don't know something, and yet, that is exactly why they are in school: to gain new knowledge and skill sets.

I'll be folding some of these insights into my lessons while remembering to step back and better ensure that the messages are being received and understood

via reflective listening (asking students to paraphrase their understanding of the lesson).

beyond the fact all people are different, depending on circumstances/situations, feedback and asking open-ended questions could help the supervisor see a different perspective with insightful help.

coaching is a great way to best interact with team members for helping them learn and grow.

I learned that there is a difference between coaching and feedback. I like how they put "Focusing on strengths is important, but focusing only on strengths can hinder an employee’s success."
