I have no idea who or what the ACCSC online training center is, but my certificate is dated June 1, 2021 from MaxKnowledge CM142-Understanding TITLE IX, VAWA, and the Clery Act.

I just signed into MaxKnowledge and am required to complete some 12 courses including this one and I am sure I completed some of the others too. Yet the site does not seem to keep a record of my completed courses.

Take it seriously and repoti it to your Title IX Coordinator or local Deputy.

Have you ever been involved in a title 9 investigation?   Did the process that was described in this unit seem familiar with what you experienced?   How was it the same or different?

Take time to dialogue with your students about safety awareness techniques. Try not to be distracted and try and coordinate walking across campus to prevent unwanted aggressive acts. Encourage reporting of stalking and why the reporting is significant.

As I learn more about the significant power to investigate immediately once informed, my humble opinion would be to report immediatley to the Title IX coordinator any potential allegations in the hopes of providing protection of potential victims.

To be able to properly utuilize resources is important for students and faculty. This information is needed as we have an ever shifting culture.

Yes, I strongly feel that the college should be held liable.

History of title nine from the department of justice.

Did you complete the training with ACCSC online traing center?

Thank you.  This was very helpful.  Not every person understands what mandatory reporting requirements are and who it may effect.
