The strongest message I got from this information is to design a template and keep your class set up the same. This way students know where to find all the informatiom, classes look the same, and its easier to design new courses or add and delete things in the current one.

One thing that has been helpful to me is not only asking a lot of questions about different systems but also make sure you have the answers to help students when problems may happen.

I learned to keep feedback positive and encouraging, as well as, try to engage students in feedback regually.

Reply to Gina Marshall's post:Establishing bonds is so important and can really show your students you have an active intrest in their lives and educational journies.

In this information I learned that in order to establish yourself as a credible instructor you should provide to your students a brief biography that showcases your accomplishments, credentials, education, professional development and even some personal information such as hobbies or intrests. It's also wise to ask your students about themselves and read their biography. This is a great way to establish connections.

Reply to KIM ABDELAZIZ's post:Kim this is a vaild point. It vital to understand any diffcultities are students may experience when using technology.

I have learned that in this e-learning structure, it is important to read and reivew all the material before hand and take your time with the material. Even though the material is all in front of you, slowing going through each lesson step by step and retaining the inforamtion will benefit you at the end.
