Trust and communication will not be wstablished without effort, regrdless of the instructor's qualifications of the instructor.

In addition to knowledge of the course material, there are a number of factors that must be considered to be an effective e-learning instructor. Knowledge of the online platform used is critical, as it can make or break a student's ability to enjoy and be successful in the class. It seems that the most crucial factor overall is the organization of the instructor, both in course content and course delivery.
