Activity

It is necessary to have a well developed rubric to inform what is expected from the student on a assignment and what they have to provide in order to attain a grade that they may desire.

That one of the most important parts of you course is to build a dinamic syllabus to help feed required information to the student.

It is important to set up modules so that are simalur in layout and the way you can manipulate through them is consista this will keep the student from getting confused as to where to look for information.

It is important to keep records of student commuication, and a record fileing system so the these records are easy to locate and control

that to really hold a good discussion the asynchronous would insterest a larger class particapation, and also allow more student input.

You will have to develop a trust with your students and them with you, let them know that you are there to provide them with the best education as possiable.

I learned that it is important to learn as much about your students as possiable. This will help you to help or offer help to student that may be dealing with learning disorders.

It is absolutly necessary to know your course material in order to be able to deliver it with confidance. Your confidance will also help put your students in a more relaxed frame of mind.

It is important to relise that all instructors teach differently but you have to remember that thay all have to teach the same thing.

It is important that you know and make sure that you have a knowledge of how to assist and or handle problems with your systems and software should a problem arise.
