Most incidents should be reported to parents unless it is a minimal situation.  Parents need to know when their children have been in an accident.

Administrators will need to pay close attention to each area individually and all areas collectively.  The different colors indicate the level of safety.

The instructor must be present in the classroom at all times.  Keeping equipment operating proplerly is crucial.  There is no one main way to ensure safety; therefore, safety plans are crucial.

It is essential that CTE Administrators understand that formative assessments are just as valuable as summative assessments to help plan for the needs assessment of the schools.  Everything from informal observations to statewide testing can help create a picture of the needs that need to be focused on schoolwide.

Safety is critical at all times.  Overconfidence can be just as harmful as immaturity and lack of confidence.

Some of the mot effective methods in our school are collaborative leadership and recognition of the strengths of students and teachers...as well as support staff.

The leadership actions that could foster c;oser collaboration of CTE and teacher is creating opportunities for CTE, teachers, and administrators to work together on a schoolwide project that will help promote social emotion learning and vultural awareness.

Greenvlle High exhibits the characteristic of teamwork:  we promote the idea of global learners working together towards common goals while respecting each other's individuality.

CTE can contribute to overall school improvement by showing administrators, teachers, students, parents, community members, businesses, and universities how students can engage in real world learning through the multidisciplinary approach with each teacher finding ways to teach on a common theme in their different dischiplines, through the intradisciplinary approach where CTE teachers help students link their learning to real world situations through numeracy and literacy, and through fusion where students can enhance their knowledge, skills, and attitudes using technology and research and learning how to use the computer programs and software to produce evidence of their learning experiences.
