Prestests are incredibly valuable when it comes to evaluating the level of knowledge in your classroom. With pretests you are able to use compare and contrast to see which type of lecture would benefit them as a whole. This in itself creates a big difference in the students learning environment.
Preparation of your instructional content should be done at least a week in advance. This will give you time to make corrections if needed and also evaluate your students to ensure the content is adequate for them to learn from.
I love these ideas. It really gets hard at times to determine the best way to evaluate your students.

I think that this idea is great!! Once you have determined the knowledge base of your students it will enable you to have a more effective impact on their learning journey.
I really enjoy using this method. I am a skills instructor and this type of method is great for giving teaching skills and visuals needed to do specific techniques. After the theory part and the visual portion we then go to the bedside and perform the hands-on portion. This really seems to hit the auditory, visual and kinesthetic students all at once.
This is a must to attain respect and trust with your class. If they feel you are ready to teach then they in essence will show you that they are ready to learn.
I truely believe that these two things are very important when managing your classroom. It means hardwork in inevitable.
This area was very interesting to me. It has been very hard for me to understand the rationale behind adult cheaters but now I understand that with cheaters, cheating has been an ongoing thing throughout their lives and it is not something they have just started. So the instructor is not there to change the bahavior but to show them that the rationale behind it is not worthy of the action.
I find that this area is somewhat difficult for me at times. This section really assisted me with the ideas given and the thoughts and rationale behind them. I will begin to implement this new information in my classes immediately.:)
I believe that getting to know your students from the beginning of the class is very immportant. I give each student a survey that asks questions about how they learn and how they like to learn. After going over all of them I present to the class my findings and explain how the class will be structured. I believe that this creates an atomosphere that is more individualized to the class itself (each semester).
