In this module, I have learned the importance of the organization of the course content. This is essential to allow students to find pertinent information quickly and to allow anyone to update information on a timely basis. I will organize my online courses by modules because allows to put in one place all materials, assessments, and interactions.

In this module, I have learned the importance address the needs of learners by guiding self-directed, realistic, problem-based learning experience. In my online courses, I will apply structure learning opportunities in which learners make their own meanings by discovering content on their own.

In this module, I have learned the importance of consistency in course design, activities, and teaching style and its relationship to learning outcomes. I will evaluate the components of an effective teaching pattern in my online courses:
(a) learning outcomes, (b) communication, (c) centralized location, (d) content delivery, (e) submission of assignments, and (f) questions and answers.

In this module I have learned the factors that affect the assessment of technology tools are interactivity, instructor or learner control, performance, computer requirements, ease of use, etc. I will apply formative (during the course time period) or summative (end of the course) assessments to obtain information on the effectiveness of these technological tools.

The most important thing I have learned in this module were the different methods for evaluating and reviewing the effectiveness of the course. I will apply the methods of the syllabus scan and portfolio to evaluate upcoming courses.

In this module, I have learned the importance of feedback in assessments. I will apply in all types of course assessments.

In this module I have understood the importance of creating dynamic records and the scaffolding of learning. 

I have learned in this module that it's very important to to have a framework in the online courses. I will apply a template in the design and development of the online courses that I supervise.

In this module, I have learned: (a) Keeping course records, (b) communicating with students, (c) counseling students, (d) dealing with undesirable behavior, (e) resolving student conflicts and (f) minimizing student attrition. The topics that I will apply for future trainings to profesors will be: dealing with undesirable behavior and resolving student conflicts.  

In this module, I have learned to: (a) fostering participation in asynchronous discussions, (b) fostering participation in synchronous discussions and (c) providing feedback. I will apply different strategies to use them correctly in comunication with students.
