The students can learn better if they understand the material and apply it to life situations

I learned that for students' good learning outcomes instructors need to set shared goals.

Students may prefer different styles of learning. Some prefer visual, some aural, some verbal, and some social. It would be a good idea for an instructor to use technology and use different styles to enhance students' learning.

As an instructor, I should learn more about other languages and cultures and encourage students and provide anything needed so a student with a different language can understand for enhancing their knowledge

I am aware that there are many cultures that exist in our society. Individuals from different backgrounds may have different values, norms, religions, languages, and so some students may need more time to understand or respond to instructions. As a teacher we need to understand to treat each student with bias.

I learned that the instructor should find out about the student's interests related to education, get to know a little bit about the student, and treat each student as an individual, and do not think all students are the same in a group. Each student has a different back ground and may understand education material differently.

that is a true technology will encourage students to learn many different types of ways to learn different subjects instead of just teacher explaining by verbally.

The better way to teach the students is to engage the students using different methods instead of lecturing. Use games, questioning, projects, group discussions.

There are many resources available to enhance student knowledge using technology. It is a good idea to get familiar with these products so the instructor can assist students for better outcomes. Every student should be treated equally even if they have a disabilty.

To  better teach the students an instructor should get training also for better student outcome
