I have learned that there are many challenges with e-learning. The facilitator must be very flexible in dealing with different personalities and abilities. 

I learned that feedback is very important. Students need motivation to increase their participation. I plan to provide positive feedback at all times by finding what is right in a wrong response.

I learned it is important to be respected by your students. It is also important to be able to relate to them on different levels.

I found it interesting how many techniques and strategies are avaliable in this online course. I plan to practice the strategies needed to interact with my students.
