I have to agree Andre! The first step is in determining the student's learning challenges then to address those in the best way possible for each student. Hi Songa! So many of the students in Career Colleges come from extremely challenging backgrouds and haven't always had positive outcomes. But when they enroll in school, they want a new direction and it is definitely instructor's responsibility - through facilitating learning - to help them with positive change. Good job!
