Eurika,I agree. It is a state and federal compliance issue that can cause sanctions and in a worst case scenario closure. Full and transparent disclosure allows the prospective student to trust their decision to enroll and sets in motion the open communications associates need to counsel, advise and train them. Heather,its best to have the integreity to do the right thing. When we follow our core values of customer service, team building, integrity and respect for the individual and we do so as professionals who have the knowledge of the many compliance issues we don't care if it draws attention or not. Using Superlatives

Lisa, If a prospective student makes a decision but would have made a different decision when provided with accurate disclosure information it is a misrepresentation. This can include failure to provide required disclosures, use of a superlative or even an innocent misquote of a statistic. James Faulkner
