my commute is long teaching under time restraits with added task cees, ite,s ase,online ed the days paper work for both classes if were doubling on top of that do tutoring and now a dash board for each phase.

I do groups of 3 due to space on trianing aids I give the students a choice to choose there groups if it take to long an they cant figer it out quickly I make the group my self.

I use my whole class room space all four walls have training aids hanging for display an examples.For direction on what to expect out in lab where myself an students are to perform the physical task as a class.

as an instructor I bring real life situations to the training aids plus what is is in the class presentions the motivation kicks in when they have realized they have completed several repairs in just a few simple steps.
